We look at Hebrews 11
This chapter teaches us what pleases God and how we can apply these truths to our lives.
All the people mentioned in chapter 11 had faith. Even though they did not see the fulfillment of all the promises of God, they continued to believe He was faithful.
They kept their eyes on the city that was coming, not on the tribulations they were currently facing.
As we look at these heroes of faith mentioned in this chapter, we can see different people had different ways their expressed their faith.
Regardless of the many ways they expressed their faith, it was their faith that pleased God and without faith it is impossible to please Him.
Let’s learn from the men and women of old and learn how we can walk out a life of faith as we wait for the city that is coming.
